Where is my order shipped from?
The EU or the US, whichever is closer to you. It keeps delivery times and the carbon footprint down.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes 5–10 business days within the EU, 7–14 for the US, and 10–20 for the rest of the world.
What if my item is damaged or does not fit?
Email voyagersoundrecords@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days and we will replace a defective item at no cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Customs and import fees may apply depending on your country, and those are set by your local authority rather than by us.
How is the merch made?
Printed to order, one piece at a time. Nothing is warehoused, so there is no overproduction and no unsold stock.
Can I release my music on the label?
Yes — we are open to submissions while we build out the roster. Send a WAV and cover art to voyagersoundrecords@gmail.com.
