Refund Policy

Because every item is custom-printed for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind.

When we DO replace items:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Print quality is clearly wrong (faded, off-center beyond tolerance, color mismatch)
  • Wrong size or product was shipped

Email voyagersoundrecords@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace at no cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit (21+ days for international without movement), we'll re-ship at no charge after the carrier confirms.

Refunds

Refunds (vs. replacement) are issued only when replacement isn't possible. Original payment method, 5–10 business days to land.
