Returns within 30 days

Contact voyagersoundrecords@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item concerned. You can also contact us online. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; you do not need to use specific wording.

Our voluntary 30-day return offer covers unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging where supplied. This additional offer does not restrict your statutory withdrawal or warranty rights.

Send your return within 14 days of telling us. Keep proof of posting. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange a remedy without return costs to you.

Refunds

Refunds use your original payment method. For statutory withdrawal, we reimburse within 14 days of your notification, including standard outward delivery costs where required. We may wait for the goods or proof of return. For the additional voluntary period, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your statutory rights

EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from a distance purchase. Normal inspection does not remove that right. Making a standard item to order does not, by itself, make it a personalised product. Legal exceptions apply only where their conditions are met; no blanket exclusion applies to our standard merchandise. Your legal guarantees remain unaffected.

For a withdrawal notice, send: “I wish to withdraw from order [order number], received on [date], for [items]. My name and address are [details].” The bracketed fields in this example are for your own order details.
