Shipping
All merch is print-on-demand by Printful and ships from the fulfillment center closest to you (EU or US). Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds 5–14 days depending on your region.
Returns
Because every order is custom-printed, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However — if your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or the size is clearly wrong from what you ordered, we replace it at no cost. Email hello@voyagersoundrecords.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we'll re-ship at no charge after the carrier confirms the loss (typically 21 days for international).
