Shipping

Orders ship from the fulfillment center closest to you (EU or US). Processing typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by 5-14 days in transit depending on your region.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the size you ordered, we will replace it at no cost. Email voyagersoundrecords@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we will re-ship at no charge after the carrier confirms the loss (typically 21 days for international).
